July 2024

Skillup joined CO-AX Accelerator for Health Science and established SimLogic AB in Gothenburg, Sweden.

April 2024

Skillup raised 2.5MNOK in the second Folkeinvest capital campaign.

August 2023

Skillup conducted 6-month beta testing in Singapore and the Nordics region.

March 2023

Skillup joined Startup Wiseguys 2023 XR Acceleration Program!

July 2022

Skillup raised more than 3.5MNOK in its first capital campaign with Folkeinvest.

December 2021

Skillup was appointed the key VR content developer for ‘UngMeistring’, a digital treatment program led by Helse Bergen, for youth and young adults struggling with mental health disorder. 

November 2021

Demerged from Visual Engineering. Skillup was established to focus on development of VR for healthcare training and treatment.

Precision VR Training with Control, Flexibility and Scalability

The SkillupVR platform was developed to provide educators with a complete tool for conducting virtual simulations with greater control, flexibility and scalability. It helps enhance team collaboration and decision-making in high-stakes situations, where professionals encounter complex or uncommon scenarios that are difficult or resource intensive to replicate for simulation. 

Our advanced simulation system supports team training for groups of 6 or more, where participants can see and interact with one another, just like real world.  By accurately simulating emergencies scenarios, the platform enables teams to practice their responses in a safe, controlled setting. Real-time communication during these simulations mirrors the dynamic nature of emergency crises, facilitating collaborative problem-solving and efficient role execution under pressure.

Additionally, the platform features a scenario customiser that enables organisations to create tailored team training experiences relevant to their unique challenges. 

Soft-launched in 2024, SkillupVR currently offers various simulation modules focused on medical emergency and trauma management, with the goal of preparing medical team for critical life-threatening scenarios.  Ultimately helping to improve patient outcomes and reduce mistakes in real world situations.
